Assigning tasks with AskAndres is simple and flexible. We usually set up a shared Trello board where you can add tasks and track progress in real time. If we need more details, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp, email, or text.
Prefer a different system? No problem. We can also manage tasks entirely through WhatsApp or adapt to the productivity tool you already use.

We use Clockify to accurately track the time spent on each task. You’ll receive clear reports so you always know how many hours you’ve used. If you want to stay within your monthly allowance, just let us know and we’ll monitor this for you.

If you go over the hours included in your plan, extra time is billed at €35 per hour.
• Small overruns are rounded fairly (e.g. 25 minutes = €17.50).
• In some cases, your personal assistant may waive minor overages, especially if you use fewer hours in another month.

Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. Our service plans are designed around overall availability and support, not strict hourly banking. Some activities, such as ongoing WhatsApp communication, may not always be itemised in detail but are included in your support.

We always aim to complete tasks promptly. If something is urgent and requires immediate attention, and subject to availability, it can be handled at 1.5× the standard hourly rate. We’ll always confirm this with you before proceeding.
